You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details shortly. Please also check your Spam or Junk folder. Your booking status will be shown as either "Pending" or "Confirmed".

Important Pickup Information

Prior to your pick-up time, we will contact you with your chauffeur's details, including their mobile number and vehicle license plate number.

Waiting Times & Rates:

• Airport Pick-ups: 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically.

• Train Station & River Port Pick-ups: 30 minutes of free waiting time. Please note that we cannot track trains; we appreciate it if you contact your driver in case of delays.

• All Other Locations: 15 minutes of free waiting time. Beyond this period, waiting time can be extended upon request at a rate of €90 per hour (incl. tax), billed in 30-minute increments.

Our Pickup Guarantee

Unlike other platforms, we guarantee your pickup even if your flight or train is delayed by more than one hour. While other companies might mark a delay as a "No Show" with no refund, we ensure you reach your destination safely.

Please note: To maintain this guarantee during major delays, we may occasionally coordinate your transfer with a professional yellow taxi partner (Van or Sedan, depending on your booking) if our own Luxury Black Fleet is at full capacity. Your arrival is our priority.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 24 hours before pick-up: Free cancellation with a full refund.

• Less than 24 hours before pick-up: A cancellation fee of 50% applies.

• Force Majeure: Cancellations or schedule changes due to strikes, natural disasters, or airline/train cancellations are always free of charge.
